EKE specializes in the ground up restoration of Commercial dishmachines. In 1989 Ellicottville Kitchen Equipment began the idea of rebuilding quality dish machines.
Through the years we have acquired many parts that are currently no longer available. The parts that are available for OEM's often cost an arm and a leg to replace. With that in mind we have organized these parts at reduced pricing and actual availability. You will find that our store is listed by machine type and manufacturer.

The one difference you'll like is cost since an EKE rebuilt is priced at about 50 percent of the list price of a new machine.
